Vernacular A-Z Project

vernacular font its something that I always liked because you can create you own font without any rules, it's really playful and I think I'll carry on the idea of design fruit trees.. I don't know yet what I'll do next may be a poster, a brochure or printed in a paper transfer for a design bag.

I found a beautiful colorful poster today and so I decided to experiment with the origami technique..

sorry if I didn't recorded all the step for making each box but it would be taking long time..

Printmaking

I collected different kind of material fabric, paper stock, packaging and I've been in the letterpress studio to experimenting numbers + layout+material.

the results is really interesting how the ink has different texture depending on the material used... I'm going to do a poster to show my collection.

In this workshop we had to focus only one word and play with it: size, repetition, reverse,black and white background, some did a 3d effect...

yes it was a surprise to see how with a single word no image we can be so creative and visual communicating..
